Nokia 220/220 Dual/225/225 Dual SIM are low-end Series 30+ phones and do not have support for Over-The-Air (OTA) updates, but they can be now updated with Nokia Software Recovery Tool on your PC. Note: this tool will erase all the personal content on your phone. If possible, create a backup of your phone’s content before starting the installation.
On Series 30+ phones the backup option can be found from Settings > Backup > Create backup (requires a memory card).
